With PPE more topical than ever one year later, the Kathleen Graham Trust would also like to pay tribute to the amazing 'Scrubs Team' in Strabane who worked tirelessly during Covid to make not only face masks for the community and local schools, toys for children of key workers but also hospital scrubs for hospitals in Derry and Omagh (sevicing both sides of the community).

Once again, thank you to Raymond Barr for helping identify the project and assisting in delivering donations.

The Trust was delighted to donate 2 sewing machines, 2 electric cutters and £1,000.00 worth of fabric to these wonderful volunteers to assist them in their endeavours.

Well done. Great Work

Revisiting our memories of a year ago when the Kathleen Graham Trust embarked upon ‘Project Covid-19’, one of the charity’s initial tasks was the provision of PPE (especially in the early days when supplies were in short supply).

We are indebted to Raymond Barr who secured two large consignments of PPE for the charity from China. Thank you also to Raymond Ferguson who was our associate in China & who undertook the purchase & shipment of same on the charity’s behalf. Thereafter, Raymond Barr kindly took charge of identifying those in need & distribution of same. Sincere thanks to both of you for your assistance on the ground both in China & Strabane.
